This Shipping Policy applies to all orders and services provided by Sonovative GmbH (Soundnotation, Soundtribution, Sonokraft).
1. Digital Standard Products (Downloads)
The majority of our products are digital content (e.g. finished sheet music as PDF, MusicXML files, audio files).
Availability: Immediately after successful payment
Shipping costs: €0.00 (no shipping fees)
Delivery time: Files are available for download within seconds to a maximum of 5 minutes after payment receipt (via download link in the customer account).
Technical requirements: The customer needs a stable internet connection and appropriate software/device to open the files (e.g. PDF reader, MusicXML-compatible software).
Note: In case of technical issues (e.g. download error), please contact us immediately at distribution@soundnotation.com – we will make the file available again.
2. Custom Creations / Made-to-Order Services
(e.g. personal music transcriptions, arrangements, editing, or other customer-specific services)
Performance: After order and payment receipt, within the processing time stated in the offer / customer account (usually 3–14 business days, depending on complexity and agreement).
Shipping costs: €0.00 (digital delivery)
Delivery: The finished result is provided exclusively in the customer account for download. You will receive an email notification once the work is completed.
Note: Custom creations are made-to-order and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 German Civil Code). Processing time may vary depending on order volume – we will inform you immediately in case of delays.
3. Physical Products
If you order physical items (e.g. printed sheet music, merchandise), the following conditions apply:
Shipping costs: Displayed transparently in the shopping cart before checkout, depending on weight, shipping method, and destination country.
Shipping provider: Usually DHL, Deutsche Post, or a comparable carrier (depending on package size and destination).
Delivery time in Germany: 3–8 business days
Delivery time EU: 4–10 business days
Delivery time international (outside EU): 7–21 business days (depending on country and customs processing)
Shipping confirmation: You will receive an email with tracking number once the package has been handed over.
Customs & import duties: For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs and import duties may apply. These costs are borne by the recipient.
4. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
We strive to meet the stated delivery times. We are not liable for delays due to force majeure (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, customs delays) or unforeseen events. In such cases, we will inform you immediately.
5. Partial Deliveries
For larger orders, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries if this enables faster provision. No additional shipping costs will arise.
